1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@twistandshine.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We will provide you with return instructions and an address for sending the item back.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@twistandshine.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at support@twistandshine.com with your order number and details of the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that are not in their original condition (e.g., used or damaged items not due to our error)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Refunds on Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
